According to my gynecologist/sexologist in Ludhiana, the aerobic exercises that increase your heartbeat would be the very best for relieving interval cramps. Cycling falls under that category. It prevents your muscles from becoming inflexible and handles to alleviate the pains of interval cramps. is this true? what my gynecologist/sexologist in Chandigarh said.
