First this link says for a general rule of thumb you can subtract a C-T frame size -1.5 to get the C-C size.
So 56cm C-T minus 1.5 = 54.5cm C-C
This makes sense. But if you scroll all the way to the bottom the chart subtracts 1.5 at the top and then under 55cm it starts adding one cm to get the C-C size. This makes no sense. Thanks

Well not real sure, but remember this is just a starting point
adjust till your comforable
