Can you attach a HAC 4 computer to the stem?

Hello,

there are two version of the HAC4 holder.
The new one can be drawn by 90 degrees and is fixed with a rubber ring.
(3 different rubber rings are included in the delivery)
So it is possible to fix the HAC4 also on the stem.

Thanks Steve, that's just what I was after. Have you noticed any problems with the HAC4 coming out of the holder?, eg when riding over potholes and bumps? There were some problems with the old holders that several forum users reported - this is worrying because you don't want to lose such an expensive computer while out riding. I was wondering if the new version is better and more secure?

Hello Sergen,

as far as I know there are three different versions of holder existing.
The first one with the problem described above. Then there was a new holder developed which solves the problem and now the newest one which allowes the fixing on the stem by 90 degree rotation.

I own the newest one. There is no problem by loosing. In generall you have to take care placing it into the holder by pushing the release button. Otherwise you might damage the housing of the Hac4.
