Hello,

Is there one or two Internet stores in Canada that are best for Bicycle
supplies ?

In this case, a cyclometre, however, other parts would be nice too!

Thank you

While a metre is the correct way to spell the unit of measurement, a device
for measuring is called a meter.

Yes, in French (except for the missing accent grave). In English, it's
not so clear. Most American dictionaries prefer meter.

Find a little bike shop in your neighborhood and support it instead. These
internet companies have hardly any overhead, but often a shop can match
their price.

Amen to this suggestion. I also get advice that the internet shops don't give
as a part of their service. Mind you, those bike shops that have afficianados
do provide great advice - just there are times when the local bike shop here
sells stuff at equal or lower prices than the web based shop - and i don't
have to wait and pay shipping.

In other words, you should still shop around, BUT include the locals in the
shopping.
