Canadian Tires Selling carbon bike?

Overlord Road bike, cost under $1000. That's less than half price of the cheapest carbon bike I've even seen. Any owner of this Overlord brand bike here? I wanted to buy it but when something seem too good to be true. . .it usually has some catch
