  1. If you suffer from canker sores, you may be intertested in a clinical trial
    being conducted in Israel and funded by the NIH. The doctors are studying
    whether taking sublingual vitamin B12, 5000 mcg daily, will inhibit the
    formation of canker sores. I've been using sublingual vitamin B12 (Nature's
    Bounty) for several months now and have been sore free so I can recommend
