Hey dude this is pretty random, but I have the exact same model and am in the Daytona beach area. I'm looking to sell for much less, as mine needs more work. Message me if interested.

One thing to consider, the value of a good tune-up (in some major cities, mine for instance) is $150.

The bike looks clean though, how it rides and how it fits you are another story. Those were all quite acceptable parts back in the day for an entry level race bike.
