So does anyone know where to get one of these aftermarket?

And I don't want to spend two grand US either. ;-)

You can get them thru SRM or Cannondale. Considering that the conventional SRM system is $2750 and the DuraAce 10-spd version is $3400, I would expect the Cannondale version to be in that range.

So, don't worry, you won't have to spend $2000 on it but rather, $3000.

Since it's such a big investment, I would avoid the proprietary Cannondale crank+BB.

Lampre Six13 with Record and SRM is $12 500 AUD.

That's actually good value.

In fact, as far as I know, the DA SRM is $3400 + tax @ 16%, plus about $100 postage!..

SRM USA is within riding distance for me.

Where do you live? I'm assuming overseas with 16% tax. Is there anyway to avoid the tax by having someone bring it over?
