Cannondale CAAD 4 Question?

Hi guys, my dad passed away and now I have his bike, It is new but I haven't been able to sell it because I know nothing about bikes so I don't know how much it costs. He told me once that the bike was like 2000 and something bucks, I tried to sell it on ebay for that price and people didn't buy it. I was wondering if you could help me to put a price on it. This is the description.

Well, ya can't sell a 4 year old used (even if it looks lke new) bike for new price. Maybe $1000 if you are lucky.The mavic RD and I assume shifters are no prize,and the rest of the parts are a mongrel mix.
