The good news is that you will not have to be sitting at your computer
with your finger poised on the mouse button when applications open as
we close at midnight on August 22 2004.
It is immaterial whether you apply on opening or closing day as the
same criteria apply, irrespective of when you enter during the
application period. Details of the application process are on the
