Has he scammed anyone? While he maybe brusque, I don't recall anyone
complaining of him being a scammer.

This applies to any item with a lifetime guarantee. It is only as good
as the company backing the guarantee is around.

Unless you have experiences with them that you can relate, it is best
to not say anything about them.
