Aluminium as we know it is the oxide. Al is very reactive and oxidises almost immediately on on contact with air, but the oxide is very stable, and unlike iron (rust) doesn't flake off etc, so the 'oxidation' of Al is nothing to be worried about.

Yes, this seller looks to be destine to get pos. feedback - thus far.

I cannot say the same about 1-2 other bicycling parts sellers on Ebay, who either 1. sell items they do not know what they are selling, or 2. take your money, then do not deliver ANY kind of item - or an item thats far from what was advertised.
