You could try Acetyll L Carnitine if you are overweight.I have read HMB is a waste of money.
ALC improves athletic perfomance and it's NOT just for overweight!

How long have you used this? what have you found to be an effective dosage? Have you noticed any side effects?
It releases NGF and it increases nerve excitation at 1g to 1.5g before workout.
Don't take more or you can 'burn' out quicker. You also have to take the correct anti-oxidant with it or again, you will burn.
And THAT is what I meant by 'you have to know what you are doing.'

What antioxident are you speaking of? and do you also take the L carnitine on the days you don't work out?
