How long have you used this? what have you found to be an effective dosage? Have you noticed any side effects?
 
It releases NGF and it increases nerve excitation at 1g to 1.5g before workout.

Don't take more or you can 'burn' out quicker. You also have to take the correct anti-oxidant with it or again, you will burn.

And THAT is what I meant by 'you have to know what you are doing.'

Somebody jumps in and says it didn't work for him while qualifying nothing he did or who he is. Just somebody looking for something to say.

What antioxident are you speaking of? and do you also take the L carnitine on the days you don't work out?
