I'm new to these forums and am about to upgrade my KHS Flite 2000 w/Ultegra. I'm going up-market and am leaning towards a Carrera Estremo with Record.
This is a bike well over and above my requirements, but hey, it's a "dream-bike" purchase.
Cycling is my primary recreation. Following a back injury and surgery, I was advised to stop running and triathlon. Now I do 200 to 250km a week with a mixture of hills and flat. I don't race but do the odd "endurance" type event (centuries etc). I'm 183cm (5ft 12!) about 80kg, and 42yo.
Does anyone know anything about the Carrera Estremo?
