Carrying weight and easing the burden

    Try a saddlebag. Some saddles nowadays don't have fittings to take them, but you can wrap the straps
    round the saddle's rails or, at least here in England, get fittings to add to the saddle. Saddlebags
    go up to at least 20 liters capacity, and more, if you have a lot to carry
