I have a Chorus 2004 with Fsa Carbon pro team issue cranckset.
Can i use it with a durace 10v cassette/wheelset?
Maybe changing the chain?

Yes. Chain is not an issue. Match chain to rear sprockets.

Surely he's currently using a Campag chain....so if he wants to use a Shimano cassette, he'll have to change the chain, since you say to match chain to rear sprockets. So, what exactly do you mean by "chain is not an issue"?

The chain is not an issue with respect to the crankset. Ih he/she runs a 10 speed DA casette, then there is chance the chain would need switched, but sometimes not. Wider chains often work depending on variables like chainstay length and the large cog size. A Sram pc89R with a connex 10 link will run on a DA 10 system even tho the sram chain is 6.2mm and the DA 10 is about 5.85 I think. Saying match chain to cassette is the easy no brainner/everyone can do it/no issues answer.
