cateye CD300DW wireless computer

I am also looking for this computer, and I would like to know if it
would interfeer with my Suunto X6HR.

I have seem positive comments about the CD300DW, but the fact that it is
not CE listed and that it states on the manual that it should not be
used with other wireless devices makes me wonder if it work properly
close to my hart monitor.

Unfortunately, Cateye has not even announced a wireless version of the
TR-100, and the TR-100 is not easily found as of yet.

Does anybody have any idea about electromagnetic interference between
the wireless sensor of the CD300DW and the hart rate monitor of the
Suunto X6HR (if I am not mistaken, Suunto uses Polar technology).

I'll reply my own question:

According to a Cateye representative in the USA, the CD300DW will NOT
work with any hart rate monitors whatsoever. The information it provides
is imprecise.

The only alternative from Cateye for the moment is the TR-100, but that
one is NOT wireless. for the cadence and speed, only heart rate.

Does anybody know any cordless system that I could use, or should I
consider the TR100 by Cateye and the HAC4+ by Ciclosport?

you were lucky to get through to Cateye. I called recently
for tech support. I gave up waiting. Took the unit back to
the store.
