  1. Cauliflower Salad

    1 large cauliflower -- broken in bits
    1/2 cup green pepper
    1 pound cheddar cheese -- shredded
    1 pound bacon -- fried, crumbled
    1/2 cup onions -- chopped
    1 cup Miracle Whip light
    1/3 cup sugar

    Mix Miracle Whip with sugar. Toss remaining ingredients together. Combine
    with dressing. Let set 2 hours so flavors blend.

    NOTES : Pat Paul is one of the RN's in surgery. The mother of 9 and a
    widow at a young age, Pat has learned to take care of herself. Let's face
    it. She had to. This is a great salad for buffets and always gets rave
    reviews.
