Cellucor - D Thermal Shock , Need feedback

Can anyone please let me know if One should take Cellucor - D Thermal Shock for weight loss?
I have taken this for 1.5 week and weight is reduced. I am not sure shall I take this more or not. I still want to loose some more weight but I am scared, this might effect my health later.

Please dont Motivate/Dmotimate if you are not sure....
