Censorship or translational disruption?

Conspicuous removal of a particular thread regarding a fairly significant current event. Interesting. Admittedly, there were some recent off-topic and boneheaded comments, but those could've been removed while leaving the main body of the thread. Perhaps CIA intervention, or something even more nefarious???/img/vbsmilies/smilies/biggrin.gif

Anyway, it was an "OBL dead" thread that was initially posted in the 'Bike Cafe' and then moved to 'My Bloody Soapbox'...
