Centeral Indiana Bicycle Assocaition! Join and ride with them.

Try Cibaride.org they have a lot of members and rides every day. There is also a forum there too. You may get a more localized response there.

Quit trying to find riding partners on a global forum. If you are fishing in a small pond you do not fish with a large net.

Description:​
The creation of this ride was in response to an interest expressed by a number of single cyclists in finding a way to meet other single cyclists in the area. The format of the ride is much like that of a CIBA dinner ride. We all ride as a group at a social pace to an establishment and then back to the start. Our hope is that this ride will create opportunities for single people who share the love of cycling to find each other and become friends, companions, riding buddies, etc. This ride will happen on a bi-weekly basis and each time we will visit a different establishment or event. Description:​
It seems each day it gets easier to ride in the metro area and harder in the burbs, so a metro ride has been planned. From the shopping center, we will take a leisurely ride south on the Monon Trail, then turn west and ride over to that darned Butler hill and through the campus. We will make our way to the downtown Canal Path using the Greenways whenever possible. We’ll stop at the Bourbon Street Pub at Vermont St. and Indiana Ave. for dinner. New Orleans pub food is of course the style. We will take the Monon Trail back to Broad Ripple. Sunset is at 8:15 p.m. with dark at 8:47 p.m., so bring and headlight and taillight.

We will ride the country roads on the west and south sides of Greenfield to our midpoint stop: the Jim Dandy restaurant in Greenfield. It is now one of only a few Jim Dandys that remain from the original chain that started in Indiana. We will then tour the country roads north and west of Greenfield on our return to Mount Comfort.

Description:​
El Emperador is spacious and attractive. The Southern Mexican food is delicious and low cost. The 18 mile scenic ride out is flat to slightly rolling. The ride back requires lights and flashers, although we will lead the way with 60 watts on our tandem. Very low traffic makes this a great ride for entry-level cyclists. Easy pace and no one left behind. This route has been fine tuned over two years so you can ride safely in Shelby County on good roads. The evening special is sunset over soybeans with fireflies in nine foot tall tunnels of corn under a canopy of stars.
