ceramic bearings

Does anybody use ceramic bearings on thier recumbent?

Given the typically smaller wheel sizes I would think ceramic bearings would make a bigger difference than on a road bike.

Well why not? I don't know much about what those guys do, so I ask.

Birkenstocks and the beard would negate any benefit from ceramic bearings.

Phils bearings are good enough. bk
