CF Recumbent on TOSRV

I didn't see this person, but I heard from another rider that there was a guy riding a carbon fiber
recumbent, had a support crew following him, and he and/or the crew were from Greenup County,
Kentucky. Could that be someone on this list? Or, do any of you know someone who rode this past
weekend's Tour of the Scioto River Valley with such a bike and crew?
