Chadds Ford, PA

Two friends and I will be going to Chadds Ford, PA in the middle of September. We are looking for ride sheets for three rides, 2 of 50-60 miles and one of ~30 miles.
Or, if you know a book that is available that lists such rides, I would like to know the name and where to purchase.
