im getting ready to build up my 1st SS
probably want a flip-flop for a cog on 1 side, FW on other.

now, lets "assume" a front chainline of 43.5 center of ring...

if a flip-flop hub is centered to the rim,

will a fully seated cog give a "usable" line? lets say +or- 2mm?

now, lets flip (or is that flop?) the rim to the other side,

will a fully seated 1x freewheel give the same "usable" chainline?

i have a pretty decent paramount design group prestige tube frame,
that has the horizontal "road" dropouts with threaded adjusters.

im thinking to begin with the short BulletProof bmx cranks
(which can use the widely avail 110mm cheaper rings)
to save $ until i can find the best gear and eval my puny legs.
this   ghetto-fabulous ;) :p setup should meet my needs.
later, if everything gels, maybe spring for a "real" sugino crank.
