I was removing my old chainrings on my truvanti crank. Removing them was a snap with the tool i bought from my lbs. When i went to replace them i bolted 4 arms on and when i tried to tighten them alot the female part kept spinning. How do i stop it from spinning. So people suggested locktight.idk help please😠

Park, Shimano both make a tool just for this problem (Check Park's website for the pic). Will set you back $10.00 or you can make one out of a flat blade screwdriver
Good Luck!
