Change Campag Thread to Shimano?

Hi,
I was just wondering is it possible to change the freehub body from Campag to Shimano?
This will save me alot of time to rebuild the wheel.

Depends on the brand of hub, in lots of cases you can. You'll most likely have to re-dish the wheel too.
