changing bike and need help

P.s: went to LBS and got scared off, the guys seemed ok but wanted more money for other bikes, more than i could afford. a friend said ask here, so here goes.😄

The OCR2 is your best bet. The frames are brilliant (for the money!) and components are better than most for the price. Not to mention the carbon forks.

I just bought a clean used Trek 5500 for 1500 U.S. , compared to what is out there new for 1500$ i am very happy . have you considered a used ride ?

I don't know much about the Scott, but between the Giant and the Specialized, I'd go with the OCR2.

yeah thought of buying second, but prices are not that far off the new. cheers guys you have made my mind up will go for the OCR 2, will check spec first, thanks shannons dad, sammyphsyco and badkarma. impressed with speedy replies 😄
