  1. What is the recommended route with a bike? I was hoping to try the France -
    Denmark leg of the North Sea Route, starting in Boulogne sur Mer, and have
    the CTC route leaflet, which dates from 1998. Apparently since then the
    Folkestone -Boulogne ferry has folded.

    Thanks - but according to their website this is for motor vehicles only!

    'SpeedFerries' route from Dover to Boulogne is a cars-only service and in
    general vehicles accepted on board SpeedOne must be selfpropelled by
    conventional means.'

  5. Thanks for the link. First impressions are that there is plenty choice on
    the Dover-Calais and Brittany routes, but I didn't spot anything for
    Boulogne. I will investigate more closely.
