Assos designed the Equipe R Hydra around female riding position and ergonomics. That is a useful starting point, but a size chart alone cannot tell you how the cut feels when you are actually on the bike.
I would assess it in the position and layers you normally ride in: settle onto the hoods, reach forward, and notice any pull across the shoulders or sleeves, or whether the hem needs adjusting. Try the positions you use most rather than judging it while standing upright. What do you check on-bike to decide whether a women-specific cut works for you beyond the size chart?
