    Chicken Tamale Pie

    1 pkg. (8.5-12 oz) corn muffin mix
    1/2 cup cheddar cheese
    1 cup cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilis
    1/2 cup chopped green onions
    1 cup corn
    1 1/2 cup shredded chicken

    Combine muffin mix according to directions. Add cheese. Spoon into
    greased 2 quart casserole. Spoon hot soup mixture over muffin mixture.
    Bake at 25 minutes at 350* Garnish with extra cheese.
