Chickoo Ice-cream

Hi guys,

I am so excited to share this recipe. Chickoos are tropical fruit, I
have seen them only in India, and over the past 5 years I used to crave
for them, but used to get them only on my vacation in India!

Recently I saw a frozen pack of chickoos in the Indian store (Deep
brand), they were peeled and had the seeds removed, I bought 2 packs
and made ice-cream for my thanksgiving dinner 🙂

Only Indian stores carry it, that too only some of them, but this
tropical fruit is a yummy delight!
