    Preparation time: 20 minutes Servings: 2

    2 ts olive oil (1+1) ? chicken breasts (skinless and boneless) 2 leeks (white parts only) 2 cans
    of mushrooms (drain solids) 2 Tbsp Tamari soy sauce 1 dash curry - optional 1 Tbsp cooking cream
    - optional

    Preparation: I stir-fry the stripes of chicken breasts in the wok, using the olive oil, leek (just
    the white part of it), mushrooms, cooking cream, and Tamari soy sauce for seasoning. calories: 225,5 fat - 10.5 carbs - 14 g proteins - 21.5
