I reported on the low-carb diet group that my cholesterol
level dropped to 98 (historically about 140) after a couple
of months on South Beach. I got a flurry of responses saying
that that's too low. What's the verdict on this forum? Went
on the diet to get BP down - lost 20 lbs and it seems to
have worked.
