Ciclosport HAC4 Pro

Hello all,

I've purchased above mentioned HRM and took it for a spin first time today.

The HACtronic(V1.60) and Ciclotour(v2.01) software aren't accepting the data stored in the HRM. I can download the raw data into HACtronic but when trying to review the graphs I get a "floating point" error. Ciclotour itself won't even accept the data at all, but simply claims the raw data contains "useless datas".

If anyone can shed some light on this rather annoying problem I'd love to hear it. The HAC4 Pro is running software V 0113.

I do not know about your particular software issue, but I hate the HAC 4. I returned it at the end of this summer and will get a Garmin Edge 305 this spring.
