Cinnamon Rolls

    Dough in the machine
    3/4 water
    1 tsp salt
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla
    1 egg
    3 cups flour
    1/2 tbl cinnamon
    6 tbl sugar
    1/2 stick softened butter, chunked
    2 tbl powdered milk
    1 1/2 tsp yeast

    Dough the hell out of it. Roll it out into a rectangle

    My filling is
    2 tbl butter, melted and drizzled all over the dough rectangle
    approx:
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 tbl cinnamon (or more, I just guess)
    1 tsp cardamom
    1 tsp ground ginger
    1/2 tsp allspice
    sprinkle of nutmeg

    1 apple peeled, cored, shredded and squeezed.

    spread the butter everywhere, sprinkle the sugar mix, drop the apple shreds.
    Roll, slice with floss, line up in a greased pan, cover and stick in the
    fridge over night to rise slowly. (or set them aside for 45 minutes to rise).
    Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or so (check on them).
