    I thought he only got probation since he was a model citizen for rehab. no jail time or very short
    (two month) unless I read it wrong.....

    Jonathan Boyer was charged with 10 felony counts of child molestation.

    Bail was set at $300,000, he paid and was released before trial.

    Charged with seven lewd acts with a child under the age of 14 and three counts of penetration by foreign object.

    The victim was 11 years old when the alleged molestation began.

    Boyer pleaded guilty to 10 felony counts of child molestation.

    He was sentenced to one year in jail with a 20yr suspended prison sentence (subject to five year probation period).

    He was placed on the sex offenders register.

    If after serving his one year jail sentence, he breaks his five year probation period, then he could be sent to a state prison for the full 20 year term.
