  1. We have a circa 1984 Gitane super corse in excellent all original condition. it does have a campagnella (sp?) derailer but we still have the original parts. My husband is 5'11 - 6' tall and it fits him perfectly - trying to find someone interested in vitage gitanes - anyone out there looking for something like this? have lots of photos.

  2. There are several ways to charge phones or whatever while riding. The dynomo your looking at will put a drag on your riding due to the friction of the unit on your tire plus wear out the sidewall on that side fast. You can avoid all of that problem with things like this:
nerdseven.comhymini deluxe wind powered charger with solar panel And you can get a bicycle mount for $9.

Or here's a product that works off the sun and will charge a cell phone via USB for less then $30: scosche.com1905 I use this myself when I do tours and never ran low on cell phone battery. And the beauty of this...I got it at Walmart. You can mount it anywhere with a little thought, I simply use the included carabiner mounting option and fasten it to a rear pannier with the phone. But one could do almost anything, velcro it to something, use zip ties and tie it to something.

  3. Hi I am interested in the Gitane can you please email me pictures? Thanks, [email hidden]

  4. I'm also interested.

  5. Hi, Did you sell your Gitane? If not, I would like to see your photos. Thanks. Greg
