Anyone know if taking CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) either in supplement form or by eating foods
such as full fat milk, beef, lamb will do anything to change around the fat-muscle ratio favorably
in someone who has to much fat on their body? I have drank only skim milk for 20 years after a
doctor told me to switch from 2% to skim and I now wonder if that is why I have developed a lot of
fat over the years and yet do not look obese at all.
