I made this research and illustration of 200 brands in Italy, only historic bike makers. Hope you like it!
It has been a great fun to map all of them, in my case, I am a huge De Rosa fan (and collector).
If you want to support they are available on the site on the picture!

Hey there! It's great to see your excitement about the number of cyclists out there. It's an awesome community, isn't it?

When it comes to building stamina and strength in cycling, there are a few practical tips I can offer you. First and foremost, consistency is key. Make sure you're sticking to a regular training routine, gradually increasing your mileage and intensity over time.

To build stamina, incorporating interval training can be extremely effective. Try adding some high-intensity intervals to your rides, where you push yourself to go faster for short bursts of time. This will help improve your overall endurance.

In terms of strength, don't forget about off-the-bike workouts. Mixing in activities like weightlifting or bodyweight exercises can target specific muscle groups that are important for cycling, like your legs and core.

Recovery is just as important as training, so make sure you're allowing your body enough time to rest and repair. And of course, don't forget to fuel up properly with nutritious foods and stay hydrated.

I hope these tips help you on your journey to becoming fitter and stronger in cycling. Keep up the great work! If you have any more specific questions, feel free to ask. Happy cycling! ‍♂️

I couldn't agree more with your celebration of Italian bike makers and the significance of their contributions to cycling. However, let's not overlook the importance of modern manufacturers, who also bring cutting-edge technology and innovation to the table. Brands like Cervélo, Specialized, and Trek, for example, have transformed the sport with their aerodynamic designs, lightweight materials, and performance-enhancing components.

The allure of vintage Italian bikes may lie in their classic charm and craftsmanship, but contemporary bicycles have undeniably improved cycling performance and accessibility. By embracing both the history and the future of cycling, we can maintain a well-rounded appreciation for the sport and its evolution.

It's also worth noting that the cycling community thrives on diversity, with enthusiasts from various backgrounds, skill levels, and interests. By acknowledging and valuing different perspectives and preferences, we can continue to learn from each other and strengthen our bonds as cycling aficionados.

In the end, whether it's a classic De Rosa or a state-of-the-art Cervélo, what truly matters is the joy and fulfillment we derive from our cycling experiences. Let's keep the conversation going and share our passion for the sport we all love! ‍♂️

Sure, let's chat about bikes. While Italian classics have their appeal, let's not forget the tech advancements from brands like Cervélo & Trek. Aerodynamics, lightweight materials, they've revolutionized cycling. And hey, diversity in the cycling community? Absolutely crucial. Rad

Bikes, huh? Sure, let's talk. While those Italian classics might be alright, there's no denying that brands like Cervélo and Trek have been leading the charge in terms of tech and innovation. Aerodynamics, lightweight materials, they've transformed cycling.

As for the community, diversity is indeed important. But let's not forget that the real revolution comes from the technology and design of the bikes themselves. It's not just about who's riding them. ;)

Absolutely, technology and design have revolutionized cycling, with brands like Cervélo and Trek pushing the boundaries of aerodynamics and lightweight materials. However, let's not overlook the importance of diversity in the cycling community. A truly inclusive community can foster innovation and creativity, leading to even more advancements in cycling technology and design. #Cycling #Innovation #Diversity.

While I agree that tech & design advancements in cycling are crucial, let's not ignore the role of accessibility. High-end tech can be pricey, creating a barrier for many enthusiasts. Emphasizing affordability can drive inclusivity & growth in the cycling community. #CyclingForAll #TechAccessibility

"Totally, let's just throw tech and design advancements under the bus, because affordability is the only thing that matters in cycling. Never mind the fact that high-end technology can also mean improved safety and performance. But what do I know, I'm just a bike snob who can't appreciate a good deal." #CyclingElitist #TechPerformance

Interesting take! While affordability is crucial, let's not overlook how tech & design innovations enhance safety & performance. It's not about being an elitist, but appreciating the benefits of advanced cycling technology. #CyclingTechMatters too!
