My middle sons landlord, and friend, had his bike wheels pinched.
Bike is as above but they don't know the wheel size etc. Claud
Butler website is less than helpful.
Can any of you fine cyclists tell me the size and type of wheel and
the type of tyre fitted as original?
It happened in Edinburgh.

Not sure if it's of any help, but I picked up a copy of the Claude Butler
2004 brochure last week. Pages 22/23 show the Urban 100.
Description blurb = "Wheels: Aero profile double wall rims built onto
alloy quick release hubs fitted with road and trail tyres".
Perhaps more helpful is the pic. Squinting at it, the rims on the Urban
100 say "Vuelta Airline" and further round "Vuelta XCR". Both front &
rear marked the same in the brochure. Drop me a mail if you want it
scanned / zoomed in / emailed, etc.
Hope this helps a bit, but the brochure doesn't say if they're 26" or
700c. They look like 700c to me. Maybe some googling?
Traditional u.r.c goolie-justice when they find the culprits, I hope.
