Mayo (Saunier)
Soler (Barloworld)

It also includes the points competition and the mountains competition.

1. Hushovd
2. Boonen

4. Mcewen
5. Mcgee
6. Feillu
7. Zabel
8. Friere

Some of this is tongue in cheek, but is seems like a good topic for discussion anyway.

VDB is too mentally week to ever place that high. Boogerd would be nothing on GC without dope. Further down the list Cunego should be higher than Armstrong. So should Contador.

Ullrich is a product of the DDR sports cabal... any conjecture on what he would have been like as a clean rider is pure folly. He was enhanced from the time he took off his training wheels.

this list would require a tongue so firmly in cheek as to have pierced the skin to the outside.

You could rearrange the list by printing it out, taking a **** on it, and then listing the names by proximity to the peanuts -- and it's accuracy would be just as likely. What a meaningless exercise.
