    Hey,

    I got new shoes and pedals last week. I've been messing with cleat placement. I'm getting some lower back pain and I feel like i'm having a hard time "pulling up" on my pedaling stroke. Do I need to move my cleat closer to the toe? THe pedals are Look Keo Sprint.

    You might want to revisit pulling up on the backstroke. If you bought your shoes, pedals, and cleats at a brick and mortar store, I'd go back there to see if they can help sort you cleat position. Otherwise, I'd PM daveryanwyoming to get his thoughts. He seems to have excellent fit intuition.
