DOes anyone out there know how I could possibly get a size 10 road shoe compatible with diadora power drive cleats and pedals? I recently purchased a relatively old cannondale "racing" road bike and those are the cleats needed for the type of pedal on the bike. Unfortunately the previous owner has a size 12 foot much to big for me who wears a size ten. in the proces of tying to find shoes compatible with this kind of cleat pedal system i am going to need to send one incompatible pair back. After contacting performance they said they have no shoes for sale that would be compatible with this cleat pedal system and suggested I contact diadora directly. I did so and the connected me with another store that would see if they had any "odds and ends" on hand that would work but they didnt. They said diadora stopped making a compatible shoe for this cleat 10 years or more ago! Hence i am stuck unless someone ANYONE out there knows how I can track a pair of compatible shoes down. i spent a lot of excess$$$ accessorizing this bike with schrader compatible pump, digital computer etc. etc. and am going to be VERY disappointed and short on cash if I am going to have to shell out a bunch more money for an entirely new cleat pedal system not to mention trying to install such a new product, as i am by no means a bike "mechanic".. If ANYONE can help me out please do so @ [email hidden] as i desperatley want to be able to get out and actually be able to ride this newly purchased bike.
Thank you so much for all of your time and any roles you may have played in the creation of such a great forum! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.[FONT=century gothic]
