We are business management students at Edinburgh’s Napier University, who are currently undertaking a module where we start our own business. For this module we have chosen to start a business which specialises in jeans for sports men with bigger thighs who struggle to find the right fit. We would be grateful if you could take a few minutes to fill in our market research questionnaire.

    • Which sport do you play?

    • If you could buy jeans with a better fit around the thigh would you? Please circle the appropriate answer
    Yes No

    • Would you pay more for high quality jeans?
If Yes, how much? Please circle the appropriate answer
    £40-£50 £50- £60 £60-£70

    • How much would you be willing to pay for average quality jeans (same as in retail shops)? Please circle the appropriate answer
    £15-£25 £25-£35 £35-£45

    • Where would you rather buy in a shop, over the internet or have the supplier come to you at a sports event or your club? All of the above? Please circle the appropriate answer
    Shop Internet Sports event/club All

    • If the quality and fit was correct for you, would you come back? Please circle the appropriate answer
    Yes No

    • When are you most likely to buy jeans? (What time of year?)

    • Would you expect any after sales care from a clothing store? Please circle the appropriate answer
    Yes No

    • Would you pay extra for specially made jeans? Please circle the appropriate answer
    Yes No

    Thank you for your time.
