What do you lot do when you come back from the Bar/Pub? This is what I do - have a bath, throw my
stinking Smokey clothes in the wash, drink about a pint vegetable/fruit juice and have a good sleep.
Wake up in the morning fresh and clean and without a hangover. (If I miss out any of these I feel
    really shitty) Anth

If you have to do that much to detox after you go somewhere, does it not seem sensible to
    not go back?

Pretty much, but it's unavoidable to 'keep the peace' I do enjoy aspects of going out and
socialising, just the drinking and smoking causes me grief. Even if I did just sup lemonade, I'd
still have the problem of smokey clothes. Anth
