Clydesdale Community Challenge—Part III



Thanks Jman, looking forward to my next triathlon in 3 weeks, I hope to drop 10 to 15 pounds and Im gonna start doing lots of hill repeats to build some more leg strength and stamina. I want top 50 in the bike for the next tri. Yesterday was rest day and im looking forward to 20 to 30 miles everyday the rest of the week.
 
Had a busy day yesterday and got out before day light, then noticed I
had not reset the computer. So this is a two day total.
158 miles
9 hours, 59 minutes
33.4 max speed
15.35 mph average

6568.53+158=6726.53
 
Short ride, time to mow again!

May do an errand run late.

6973.7+22=6995.7
 
Nine more pounds and I have to stop posting my miles!
