Yeah, I've got rim strips. Bought a Conti Gatorskin for my back wheel (married, one $65 bike tire is hard enough to sneak in) and promptly got a flat. I'm not seeing glass/nails etc in my tires, I don't know WTF is going on.

Just gotta ride through it, I guess.

Man, that's rough, sorry to hear it. I'm on the same tires and cheapo Schwinn tubes, using duct tape for my strips (old motocross trick) and I haven't had an issue yet. Hope your road-karma improves!

    3770.1 + 5.7 = 3775.8

Need to get out there more but this dry CO heat is ruining me. Time for some evening riding methinks.

You're getting out there, thats the main thing. I haven't been able to get out now for 2 days because of rain

    3811.7 + 17 = 3828.7

Increased distance today by one mile. Total added was for two rides this week.

Keep that up and by the end of summer you'll be crankin' out 100 miles a day! ;)

    3828.7 + 4.7 = 3333.4 (shit, rode 1/10 mi too far!)

I need to figure out how to pro-rate these SuperClyde rides, because getting credit for just 4.7 mi when hauling 70+ lbs of kids in the bike trailer seems unfair.

    3833.4 + 8.5 + 30.2 =3872.1 (shouldn't 3333.4 be 3833.4)

If I added 70 lbs I have to go down hill only/img/vbsmilies/smilies/smile.gif
