Not a real enjoyable ride. I left out one section because I would be riding uphill

Interesting day - tried to sneak in 30 miles before going out of town on Saturday, and about 3 mi in...SPROING! There goes a spoke.

So I headed back, dogged it and didn't ride today but took in the wheel for repairs....long story short, I ordered a new wheel I needed anyway, the mech who worked on it had previously been bribed by me with a 12 pack of Sierra Nevada, and the old wheel is pretty well shot.

So the upshot is the new spoke - a repair which is usually 2-3 days - got done in 30 minutes, and because of the previous "bribe" and the fact I ordered a new wheel, was gratis.

So I'm ready to hit the 40 mi group ride tomorrow. Schwing!
